I work with a guy who lives to say “yes, I can!” His job involves a few certain things he’s responsible for. But he knows a lot about the company and the building and the other folks in the building, because he pays attention and he’s kind. Whenever I ask for help with something (I’m new to the company), usually because I’ve clueless about it, even if it’s something way outside his responsibility, his answer is always “I can do that for you!” He goes out of his way to be enthusiastic, kind, and unfailingly helpful. He’s kindness wrapped in a human body. What a gift he gives to his colleagues every day!
